The villa dates from the 16th C., and overlooks the valley of Molino del Piano. The farm was founded in 1592 and it is one of the oldest farms in the lower Val di Sieve. It covers 320 ha dedicated to vineyards, olive groves and cereal crops. Haflinger horses are bred free in the pastures. The vineyards cover 17 ha. Alongside the villa there is a small museum of rural traditions and culture.
