The estate is found at the summit of Montefiesole, along the Roman road that led to Florence. The site had already been inhabited by the Etruscans. The estate is a typical example of a Tuscan farm with an oil mill where, in the period of olive pressing, it is possible to sample the new oil. The estate covers an area of 109 ha, 15 of which are vineyards. In the cellar wines are aged in barrels.
