This wine cooperative was founded in 1975, but the present-day building dates from 1984. 220 vine-growers are members of this cooperative. The establishment is an excellent example of modern technology, with large temperature-controlled steel vats. In the "Bottega del vino" you may buy many typical local products such as cheese, oil, honey and chestnuts. On Saturdays the cooperative organises tastings and snacks.
