Next Friday, September 27, the magnificent Villa Poggio Reale in Rufina will be transformed into the theater of a unique culinary experience, with the inaugural dinner of the 49th Bacco Artigiano.
Four great chefs of the area will combine their talents to create an evening dedicated to haute cuisine and good wine, celebrating the excellence of the Tuscan tradition.
An eight-handed gastronomic experience with excellent menus and pairings
On this special occasion, guests will be welcomed in the central hall of the villa for an unparalleled culinary journey, where each course will be a refined tribute to the gastronomic roots of Tuscany. The protagonists of the evening will be four renowned chefs, ambassadors of the taste of the territory, who will collaborate in an unprecedented eight-handed dinner, where tradition and creativity will merge to surprise the most demanding palates.
Each course will be enhanced by an exclusive selection of Chianti Rufina Docg Riserva Terraelectae, carefully paired to enhance the flavors. The wines for tasting come from the best vineyards in the area, including the renowned Marchesi de’ Frescobaldi, Fattoria Selvapiana, Castello del Trebbio wineries and many other local excellences.

- Appetizer: Liver paté with vin santo jelly and candied orange peel from Artemide restaurant
- First courses: Casarecce Tirrena with duck ragù from A pancia piena – Harvest risotto with Sangiovese must, shelled beans and sweetbreads from Stefano Frassineti
- Second course: Veal cheek braised in Chianti Rufina on a cream of potatoes and hazelnuts, fruit and vegetable chutney from Antica Porta di Levante
- Dessert: Vin Santo ice cream from Gelateria Sottani with cantucci biscuits from Prato
