The Pian Dei Sorbi 2020 is a full ruby red with light purple reflections. On the nose it has a great personality maintaining a fruitiness with fragrances of ripe fruit, strawberry and cherry which then opens into a spicy sweet vanilla, to close with nuances reminiscent of leather, sweet blond tobacco. The entry into the mouth is soft and elegant with the right tannicity and a supporting freshness, the finish is savory, maintaining a tasty note of red fruit, in particular cherry, and a clear aromatic concordance with the sweet blond tobacco.
